I want to share a story about a remarkable young man named Alex who attended a Spirit Camp. This bright, sensitive eight-year-old had a beautiful gift. During 'Energy Day', as we were discussing auras, Alex's eyes became huge and his face lit up the room. He asked, "Why hasn't anyone ever told me that those colors I see around people have a name?"

It turned out, Alex had been seeing auras all his life, but he never knew there was a term for it. He thought everyone could see them. Imagine, this young soul had spent his entire life experiencing this gift, but he had no words to describe it before. And that's when it hit me - the true power of what we were doing at Spirit Camp.

We weren't just teaching these children about spirituality; we were giving them the language to express their gifts and sensitivities in a world that often doesn't understand them. I am so proud of Alex and all he is discovering about himself. He has taught me that, often, our job as educators isn't just to teach, but to listen and to learn from our students.

Focus on your mind: Acknowledge and release random thoughts as they arise during meditation. Detach from these thoughts and aim for a blank mental space. This state allows you to focus on problem-solving and stress management.
