God's Hands Outreach was founded October 8, 2010, by a beautiful, spirited young lady named Dr. Apostle Rosslind Allen. God called her to the front line to open the doors of her own mini salvation army. God's Hands Outreach assists all people in need regardless of race, culture, age or s*x.
