Today, a fuel pump, tomorrow a blown head gasket. The only thing out of reach around here is the “please ask for assistance” shelf at home depo.

From my smallest current project to my largest. Lots of work goin on here at Mechanic Matt’s. As you can see the tiller engine is reassembled, some buttoning up and that will be ready to start. I can handle just about any size project, call or text with anything you need!

May not be a race car, but keepin it clean and making sure everything is in spec means maybe we can make this small engine last another 45 years after this rebuild.

Oh man, over a month since my last post?? Where does time go? Currently got a big small project here. After 44 years of being used every year to till a garden this tiller needed a refresh! Still waiting on parts, but hopefully have this back together soon. Call me with all your big small projects, or big big… or small small I’ll do ‘em all!

Thinking about mowing the yard today? Me neither! Don't get caught with tall grass and a mower that won't start. I do service mowers and now is the best time to get it done before the snow melts and the grass grows.

For 100 dollars you get a full service which Includes:
-Oil and filter change (up to 2 quarts)
-Air filter clean/replace
-Fuel filter change (if applicable)
-Air pressure checked in tires
-Blades sharpened
-Deck cleaned
-Fittings greased
For an extra 50 dollars within 20 miles of my location I can pick up and deliver your mower back to you as well. Call, Text, or email to get an appointment!

Hello! Welcome to Mechanic Matt's Services. I've been a automotive technician for over 15 years. I've worked on small engines. Minor and major engine/transmission and drivetrain repair. I've repaired and maintained countless small engines. I've also worked alongside with professional welders and fabricators. A few of the services I provide are
-Automotive repair
-Small engine repiar
-Minor welding repair and fabrication
-Minor hauling serivces
-Scrap removal

My rates are $50 per hour for auto and small engine repair and $65 per hour for welding and fabrication. Some basic charges are
-Tire dismount mount and balance
-Tires on vehicle $17 per tire
-Tires off vehicle $12 per tire
-Synthetic blend oil change $45 (up to 5 quarts)
-Full synthetic oil change $55 (up to 5 quarts)
-For Minor hauling or I also can travel to pick up small engines for repair or maintence. I charge 50 dollars for up to 20 miles and 1.50 for each additional mile.

My business hours are Monday-Friday 9-5. Unfortunately due to the limiting circumstances of my work place I am limited as to how many vehicles I can have on site and I must accommodate work by appointment only.
