When I worked at PJ Pies a couple years ago, this was one of my FAVES! Odd combination but SO DELICIOUS! This is not their recipe, but definitely VERY similar.
All butter crust. Fresh blueberries. Basil. Goat cheese. Topped with a brown sugar, cinnamon, almond crumble. TOTALLY DIFFERENT EXPERIENCE.
