Hey all! Been quite a while since an update, but I'm going to catch you up right now!
Last year, I took a HUGE step that has changed my life for the good, but it's added many challenges and stressors that will eventually be overcome with time.
Because of this HUGE step and support from my mother, I was able to begin pursuing my education again as an adult learner. As of January 3rd, 2022 I am pursuing my Bachelor's degree in Maternal Child Health: Human Lactation at Union Institute & University's Pathway 2 program. My ultimate goal is to become an IBCLC in private practice, and be able to support my children and myself that way. On that note, I am currently putting on pause my lactation counseling services until my studies are complete.
I continue to volunteer at the Rockland county Baby Café virtually.

I also continue breastfeeding my toddler who turned 2 years old earlier in the month! 🤱🏾
