The time has come to pivot... ..Just a little bit.

Starting Immediately our Williamstown Flagship Store & Artisan Gallery will be now CLOSED on Tuesdays. (don't worry, you can still shop online and chat with us via social media all hours every day of the week)

Our new regular retail schedule will be Wednesday - Saturday from 8am until 5pm

As always, we will continue to accommodate VIP and Private Shopping Groups who would like to schedule a time to come and shop on Sunday's, Monday's or now Tuesday's - however, these MUST be scheduled a minimum of 48 hours in advance and approved by Amanda & Peter. (this can be scheduled by reaching out to Amanda via e-mail at [email protected])

Now, im sure, you're thinking, well, what the heck is this about?!
And well, the reality is.. We are tiny. After a year and a half of collecting data and learning our retail trends we now know, we cannot keep up with production and run the store all at once without sacrificing something... QUALITY over QUANTITY REALLY MATTERS TO US. With the growing costs of all our expenses from materials, to taxes, to utility bills... The cost to stay open continues to grow, and some days are just... well, slow. As many small businesses are feeling across the state and nation... higher operating costs, and slower foot traffic means, well, we cannot afford to hire additional help.

SO! We hope you understand. We hope you continue to come and visit when you can and even more so, we hope that you continue supporting our tiny operation because, we cannot do this without you!

A mid seasonal name change wasn’t on the books however, we did it anyway! We’ve retired Sammy’s Crochet Creations and have grown into Handmade by Sammy so naturally it just feels right to make the jump 🥰 when I started playing around with hooks 10+ years ago I had no idea what it would turn into. I had no idea just how many people I would meet, how many creations I’d be making for shows (Tracy’s home craft show currently has 85+ pieces ready for new homes this week!) or just how satisfied it would feel to watch a kiddo get so excited over a fur Pom. Harvest Market is in 2 weeks and we have been in critical maker mode! We plan to have the biggest inventory available. If anyone attended last year, you might remember the event had a massive turnout of visitors. So many in fact vendors were having difficulty taking e-payments in any form. We hope tech services have been beefed up, but just in case here is some info that may help while you visit our booth:
