If I were to sell a training program what would you guys be most interested in?

There is a lot of advice on here and it can get very confusing very fast.

Been there myself. If you take everybody’s advice you’ll be all over the place and may even be working against your goals as training is a very serious discipline when striving to meet specific goals in mind and needs to be seriously investigated, researched, and programmed efficiently to work the way its intended too. Random suggestions will most likely lead to random results which I’m sure is not what you’re interested in achieving. You have a specific goals in mind and your efforts should be rewarded by planned/expected results.

What you really want if you’re really serious is a periodized training plan to help plan recovery and keep up your training so you can get to your goals faster.

What you want to do isn’t very hard to achieve with the right planning and right training stimulus and style. The rest would be up to you to simply do it and stick to the plan and only make minor adjustments when absolutely necessary.

I can’t believe I’ve been holding onto all this old content and never posted it. The whole point of this page is to produce content that inspires and motivates others to want to get in shape, be strong, and feel sexy about themselves. Funny how we slow down on our goals and dreams for people we care about just to come back to what we love and what we’re best at. I know one thing. This is what makes me happy and I can’t wait to give you guys drive and will power to achieve the physiques you desire again. It all starts in the mind! The wrong mindset is more damaging than the wrong training plan. Find yourself around those who want the best for you and continue to be the best you can be. Excited to grow this page again.
