TGIF Fun Bowling Tournaments

Schedule & Info for the Doubles-Trio's-Team events for the TGIF Fun Bowling Tournaments. Format:
1. Rules
1. Trio’s Team average must be 675 or under.

Bowl 3 Games of qualifying, At Least the Top 1 out of 3 Teams/Singles make the Finals! Doubles Team average must be 450 or under.
2. Use highest 2015-16 League Average with at least 21 games. If none use this years highest average
with at least 12 games. If neither, use last average held in a sanctioned league. If none of the
previous averages, you must use 225 or can be given an aver

age from the tournament director with
just cause.
3. The 15 Pin Rule is in effect for this tournament, if you are 15 pins higher at the time of bowling with
at least 21 games bowled - you must use this years average!
4. After 9 games that anyone has bowled in any TGIF qualifying games, a bowler that is averaging 20
pins or more over his/her entering average will be re-rated 50% of what he/she is over entering
average. Tournament Directors Terry Kulibert and Erik Gialdella may re-rate any bowler before
bowling with just cause.
5. All Bowling 100% Handicap, except for the optional scratch events.
6. The finals in the doubles and trio’s are 2 game baker totals with handicap, bowling on each lane
of a pair. The tournament can be switched to 2 out of 3 games prior to the tournament start. The handicap for doubles is based on 50% of the total handicap for the team each game. The handicap for the trio’s is 1/3 of there total handicap for each game. Finals in the Singles
matches are one game with handicap (over 225 averages use 225) moves on until we have one
bowler remaining and they will bowl the King/Queen of the Hill from the previous tournament for
the Jackpot.
7. Ties: All ties are 9th & 10th frame roll-offs with 20% Handicap.
8. Entries Close 6:15pm Night of Tournament. Tournament practice starts at 6:00pm.
9. Entry Fee for all Doubles & Trio’s tournaments is $35.00 Per Bowler. Entry Fee for the King of
the Singles is $25.00.
10. The Over/Under 40 Doubles, at least one bowler must be over 40 (both can be over 40).

**The Optional Scratch in the tournament is $15.00. $4.00 for the Scratch King/Queen of the Hill
Challenge, $2.00 for year end Tournament and $9.00 for the night’s Scratch prize list. Nightly prize
list pays 1 of 5. Winner of the Highest score bowls for the King/Queen Champion from the previous
tournament. Year End Tourney Qualifications

3 Year End Tournaments - Singles, Doubles and Trio’s
All bowlers that bowl in at least 2 tournaments of that type (Singles, Doubles, or Trio’s) will be eligible to bowl in the Year End Tournament. All bowlers that win a title during the season are eligible for the final tournament for that type of tournament
In the doubles and Trio’s the team can be made up of any bowlers that are eligible for the finals. Entry for this tournament will be the same as regular events and all the extra prize money for the season
