Replacement of Bruce engineered wood 15 years later it seems they no longer make t&g , so I had to use click lock , amazing how 15 years of foot traffic ages .

Gunstock stain after sanding the inside corners, closets remain old color still in good shape.
Removing 15 yo stain and poly needs a drum sander,orbital sander didn't work, then rented a edge sander, ready for stain soon.

Working nights and weekends to install composite decking and screen on front porch, I am making dbl 30/80 doors with cedar 2x4 $20 each now, but still cheaper than buying doors,
we hope to leave front doors open on cool days when they get here. Still running a/c .

Got some crown molding left overs so started prepping for 5" crown, but looks like 8" Hardy board siding is going to work better, why not ?

Finally installed garage doors, ordered a year ago and sitting in shed since April , my door guy says price almost dbl now, PTL
I haven't updated the garage build in a while, the past couple weeks the drywall hanging tape and bed, but today we sprayed the texture, so now I am shopping for paint and tile.
