Our tree lot is filled with beautiful, fresh cut, top quality 4' - 10' Douglas Fir, Nordman Fir and Noble Fir trees. Come see what separates us from other tree lots. Christmas at the Ward Village is a magical time, featuring our Smoky Mountain Christmas tree lot, holiday lights, festive entertainment (live music, movies, storytelling, character appearances),free hot cocoa, and snow!!! Opening night Nov 27th (Black Friday) from 6pm-10pm!
