Great pep talk from Lori Ladd about the importance of honoring the body's consciousness as we collectively raise human consciousness and begin to "feel more" which calls us to "think less", drop into silence and allow our experience, no matter how uncomfortable, to flow through us.
I've been experiencing this multiple times each day and my personal self compassion practice is to sit with the sensations in my body as if I were sitting with a dear friend who is having a difficult time- just being with my body's experience without trying to change it. This calms my nervous system. As does being in nature.
