Our story
The Vegetarian Express was born at a fun Super Bowl Party! A group of ladies who gathered each year to create delicious vegetarian dishes recognized, that night, the need to make it easier to create delicious, nutritious healthy recipes. So on February 2004 the idea for The Vegetarian Express was born.
Connie, the owner of The Vegetarian Express, believes that nutrition, exercise, rest, fresh air, sunshine, lots of pure water, being moderate, balanced and having temperance in all that we do, as we trust in our Creator, will lead us to live long healthy lives.
Connie has been a vegetarian for over 50 years and she brings her experience and love for healthy cooking to life in her products. Being an avid cook who holds a certification in culinary arts including baking and pastry, combined with a desire to bring only the very best wholesome, flavorful, nutritional ingredients to every product offered by The Vegetarian Express.
At The Vegetarian Express, our goal is to provide seasonings that will make your favorite recipes pop with flavor. In the U.S. there are a variety of health problems stemming from poor diet choices.
