Unique Catering was honored to provide the food for my friend Susan Propst celebration of life!! I met Susan in church and I never saw her without a smile on her face, I'm truly blessed to have gotten to know her, and we celebrated you today and it was a beautiful day!! She and I had the same sense of humor as you can see in the jokes she left behind. You will be missed but never forgotten my beautiful friend!!! Till I see you again!!!

Unique Catering had the honor of providing the food for Oak Hill Charter school 8th grade class formal dinner, this is the first class of 8th graders to go through the school. I help coach a little there so it was fun seeing the kids I know!!! Fun evening!!

Unique Catering had the honor to feed the South Caldwell baseball teams, this brought back alot memories of my playing day's there. Plus I got to see coach Parham, he still looks the same and still told the story of my 3 triple game when I played for him, lol, can't believe he remembers that after all the way better ball players he coached. This was truly an honor and GO South!!!!!!! !!

Unique Catering had the honor to cater Todd Carvers campaign fundraiser. I actually work with Todd at Mitchell, he is the B.L.E.T. Program Chair and is running for state house for Mooresville district. NY strip sliders, street tacos, and bruschetta!!! Fun night, his wife and mother law took my baking camp last summer and I was honored when they thought of me to cater this event!!

Unique had the honor and pleasure of Catering a small prom dinner for some close friends/family/amazing kiddos. Jayla Davis who works for Unique Catering and one of my little buddies Masten Cable where two of the guests that are close to my heart, these two are amazing young adults and I was honored that they wanted me to cater for them!!!! !!!

Last catering event of the year. Up this morning to feed breakfast to the Preschool readiness center. Good friend of mine starting using me for this and she left to another school but they brought me back anyways! It's been a blessed year and honored to finish with this event!!

Before you say anything about our setup tonight. They wanted a tacky trashy Christmas theme, so we complied, lol!!! But big thanks for Gina Phillips for using us for Granite Falls elementary schools Christmas party. This event holds a special place for me because my mom worked at Granite for her career, she even drove a bus at one point!! Miss ya mom, saw and spoke with some of your old coworkers!!! Thanks to my staff as they rocked as usual!! !!

Unique Catering had the honor of doing a private engagement dinner for Charlie and Danelle Kiziah son and future daughter in law. Plate up for each course and my staff did amazing as always. Blessed to have such a great group of young teenagers that want to earn their own money!! Beautiful on site event!!

Unique Catering back at it early this morning for a brunch wedding!!! Chicken and waffles, BACON, eggs, omelet station, parfait bar!!!! This was a fun wedding to do and huge shot out to my staff, used alot of my students today cause I needed Culinary hands, these students are amazing and work so hard, I'm extremely honored to be their instructor!!!! !!!!
