The Great Room has a Vaulted Celing that has a height of over 20’. Besides the Main Dwelling, we have proposed a Detached ADU with its own 2 car garage below.

Hello everyone.
We want to inform you that if you have plans of building an ADU, whether it be a garage conversion or new construction detached ADU, we offer a package that includes architectural plans, structural plans and calculations, as well as title 24 calculations. We also take on the process of submission which also includes corrections. Jurisdiction fees,
including plan check and permit are not included in this package.
Here is a great example of an existing detached garage converted to an ADU in Glendale we designed. No structural alterations were done to the shell of the structure as this was a minimal budgeted project.
The spaces of a home should be desirable to live in, with openness and light being in the core of design. We take these elements seriously. This Hillside project and the clients’ readiness for this minimalistic approach allowed us to create this achievement for this Hollywood Hills villa.
