When we moved back I had every intention of doing nails again, but I’ve decided to retire and support my daughter in beginning her nail & esthetician career. Right now Rayne can do natural, Shellac & gel polish manicures & pedicures😘

People often want to stop and make multiple attempts to quit without success. People with onychophagia cannot stop the behavior on their own, so it's not effective to tell a loved one to stop.”

The best plan I’ve found is to be diligent with professional manicures and at home care. Not only are you laying out cash to to help curb the urge, but you are making a conscious effort to make your nails look nice by picking out your favorite colors, adorning them with glitter & fun designs if you like, and treating them as you would an accessory. For many, just having the polish on and having them look nice is enough to curb the urge to bite. There are also remedies you can paint onto your nails that taste awful to assist. I love working with clients who have problem nails ~ that’s my obsession, my desire to help you😘
