I started this blog in 2011. My dear friend Sara Devi and I had been advancing on serious plans to start a business. Sara and I had the kind of connection where, when we were together, inspiration, creativity and passion just erupted. I just wanted to update you and invite you to some classes and events that you might find interesting. I have recently joined a new wellness center. We are very interested in building community and serving the needs of holistically minded folks. Our tribe includes counselors, healers, a nutritionist, a master gardener, an aromatherapy practitioner, a yoga teacher and lactation specialists. All of us will be offering classes and workshops as well as private sessions.

The name of the center is Nature's Oak Wellness Center. We will have an open house in September with free classes, experiences and refreshments. I have also attached a flyer with the details of a monthly meditation group that I am facilitating. Please check out and join our group on meetup.com called Holistic Hangouts which will have information about other classes and events.

The Next Family Constellation Workshop is in November. I will send out a flyer when that date is closer. The details are already posted on my website,
