PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must be a USPSA member for no less than 1 year without membership interruption.
Applicants must be under the age of 21 and over the age of 15 as of May 1 of the application year.
Applicants may only be selected for Program award once.
Applicants shall be U.S. Residents.
Program award shall be limited to a maximum of $500 and fund availability.
Program awards shall be limited to five (5) per year.
