Rene is an administrative assistant here at Magnolia. She has been with the company since 2020 and is coming up on her 2 year anniversary with the company! Rene is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of our maintenance staffs timesheet & work order charges as well as tenant inspections. She leads our front office staff and is an excellent trainer. She’s one of our daily early birds in the office & always goes above & beyond for both our owners and tenants.

Rene loves a good thunderstorm & the rain. She is a mama and loves to spend time with her children. She loves good coffee, Sprite Zero & a good book to read. We are so lucky for her to be apart of our Magnolia family!

Sherry is our office manager here at Magnolia. She has been with the company since the start in 2013. Sherry is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of our office and office staff. Sherry compiles all monthly owner statements and provides monthly financial information to the property owners. She is also responsible for all accounting related tasks including but not limited to bill payments and payroll.

Sherry is the karaoke queen! She’s got a voice that will captivate a room and is overall a super star! She also enjoys camping with her hubby, spending time with her 3 beautiful granddaughters, and lots of laughs and good times. She is truly the life of the party; we love us some Sherry!
