Paella House is traveling to Spain!

Follow us on our journey the next 3 weeks while we make our way through many parts of this amazing country. We will be meeting friends, speaking with the growers, makers, and purveyors of the incredible ingredients that we bring to you at every event where we cook.

We know we'll be inspired all over again as we adventure through the country, immersing ourselves in the culture, the food, and celebrating the people who provide the world this food.

Laura and I had a day off this past weekend, and we had a great time heading out to support some of our favorite local businesses/charities!

Look at these beauties! Can you imagine a full-plated paella with a 4oz lobster tail, incredible Penn Cove clams and mussels, and calamari? That's what's available on Saturday at .
EXTREMELY limited quantities. You'll want to get there early in the day to reserve your dish! We tentatively plan to serve this around 2pm and again at 6pm. This WILL SELL OUT quickly!

Returning for its 52nd celebration May 20 - May 21, it is one of the longest running festivals of its kind in the nation. Look forward to exciting main stage performances, delicious food, and the major draw of artists and craft booths!

We're about 24 hours away from baseball opening day featuring Paella House! Visit us at Victory Hall/Hatback Grille outdoor beer garden. We'll be there for a huge chunk of the homestand. We're busy today finishing up our Spring training preparations to be ready for YOU the next few days! The word is spreading and many news outlets are reporting we'll be there. Just to clear up any confusion: One news source published our entire catering menu and said that we'll be serving that menu during our event. Unfortunately, that is not accurate, as it's not possible to make every paella at events. We can reveal that the award-winning paella del mar WILL be on the menu.

This is HUGE! This is EPIC news!
We are so honored and humbled to have been asked by our new friends at Hatback Bar and Grille and Victory Hall at the Boxyard to join them in opening up the Mariners season-opening homestand!
We'll be serving our award-winning paella del mar during the homestand on Opening Day (Thursday) and Friday, Saturday, and Sunday this week!! Visit their amazing property and outdoor beer garden and come and get some of our tasty paella. Beer garden is scheduled to open each day about 3 hours before game time, so check your M's schedule. There is no admission charge to get in the beer garden. This location is right across the street from the stadium and it's a cool spot!

Hello paella fans! We will be at Musselfest this weekend in the lovely town of Coupeville on Whidbey Island. This festival is an annual tradition for us and for many of you!
Come celebrate this region's incredible, locally-harvested mussels.
