Finally, vegan baked goods that don't taste vegan! Delivery via UberEats, LOV Bakery is organic, vegan, and non-GMO.
Local, seasonal and fair trade ingredients are used whenever possible. We have gluten-free, soy-free, and nut-free options. Precautions are taken to prevent cross-contamination, but some equipment is shared. Pickup, catering, and local delivery are available. Delivery charges apply: $20 within the first five miles of LOV Bakery and $3.50 a mile thereafter. Please email [email protected] for more information.

Teamed up with Drink Evolve to create these easy peasy, no-bake five ingredient protein bites. Here's the full recipe and see below for recipe notes:
EVOLVE X LOV Bakery Protein Bites
1 cup pitted dates
3 Tbsp nut butter
1 Tbsp chia seeds
2/3 c rolled oats
1/4 c Evolve Plant-Based Protein Powder (Creamy Vanilla or Double Chocolate flavor)
1. Soak dates in warm water for 10 mintues. Drain well.
2. Pulse dates in a food processor until a chunky paste forms.
3. Add the rest of the ingredients to the processor and pulse until the mixture is cohesive but still somewhat textured.
4. Carefully roll into 1" balls and enjoy!
Recipe Notes and Tips
1. If using fresh dates, you can skip step 1.
2. For the nut butter, we prefer peanut butter but try sunflower butter for nut free protein bites!
3. You can sub quick oats for rolled oats or use a combination of the two. Use GF oats for gluten-free protein bites.
4. You can double the Evolve powder for an extra protein punch!
5. Try optional add-ins like chocolate chips.
6. These keep for a week at room temp. Refrigerate or freeze for even longer shelf life.

Our Story
When Akane went vegan in the early 2000s, she couldn't find any cookies that satisfied her taste buds, so she set out to perfect the vegan chocolate chip cookie. Soon, vegan and non-vegan friends and family were placing orders, and she began dreaming about opening her own bakery.
Finally, in 2015, Akane founded LOV Bakery as a Cottage Food Operation out of her home kitchen. The company soon outgrew her kitchen and moved to a commercial kitchen the following year.
LOV Bakery is dedicated to making good, clean food - everything is handcrafted from the finest organic, non-GMO and fair trade ingredients and is made with lots of LOV. Local and seasonal ingredients are also used whenever possible. We're also committed to the environment and use eco-friendly packaging and production methods.
