1 John 3:17-18
17 "But whoever has this world’s goods, and sees his brother in need, and shuts up his heart from him, how does the love of God abide in him?
18My little children, let us not love in word or in tongue, but in deed and in truth."
For those of you that are wondering, and I know you are because of the calls and messages I've received, we are housing 24 inmates to assist Sheriff Harrell during this time. So if you have noticed an influx of "Hold for another agency" this is why.

I want to Thank Southern-Bio for sponsoring our break room at the Blount County Sheriffs Office. I posted last week about a small project to help with morale and Kristy Murray immediately reached out to see if she could help. Here is just a small part taken from their website about who they are:
"Sherry Franklin and Kristy Murray have known one another for more than 25 years and have been best friends for nearly as long. They had been throwing around the idea of starting a business together for years. What kind of business? That was the most difficult decision for them both. They weren’t sure exactly what kind of business they were interested in.
The one thing that they were certain of was that they wanted to help others. That was their passion. They had always shared compassion for others through Christ! Compassion & Integrity would be the foundation that began Southern-Bio LLC."
Thank you ladies for your heart to help and for all you do for our community.

Congratulations to Makinley Taelyr Ridgeway on receiving the inaugural Buddy Hutchinson memorial scholarship. Taelyr will be attending Wallace State in the fall. We pray this money will be a blessing to you as you seek to further your education.
Beginning Monday, May 20, 2024 our office operation hours will be changing slightly. We will be closing from 12 o’clock to 1 o’clock. The West Side Substation already operates on this schedule. We are adjusting the main office schedule so that everything matches. Thank you for your support.
Looking for a business or corporation or even an individual that might be willing to invest in a small morale boosting project. If interested please sent a private message. Thanks
I apologize for the technical issues. I will do another video a little later to talk about what we did today.
