Are you planning a move to St. John's County, FL or this year? Below are 2 easy tips to start doing NOW to prepare for your move. Over the years I've worked with a LOT of clients that moved into this area.

1. Strongly encourage you to work with an experienced realtor. There's no need to create spreadsheets or endless & exhausting online searches. Trust me a local agent simply has more insight than your web search. Not to mention did you know a lot of new construction details are not entered into MLS by builders. A great realtor is priceless! A realtor will help you navigate the area, provide insight on local market trends and make your search significantly more efficient.

2. Secure a prequalification BEFORE you start looking at homes. It is critical to understand your budget and monthly payment scenarios before you start looking at gorgeous model homes.
