This home has surpassed the greatest under our belt... by far the largest and most unique LP job we've recieved from two of the most unique and creative homeowners we've had.
This job will remain special to JLX for several years to come.

Pretty cool transformation on this siding job in West fargo. We found 1 particular section with copious amounts of rot/ water intrusion.

We repaired as needed and took measures to prevent the water from seeping in ever again.

GARAGE DOOR WRAP REPLACEMENTS
Is your paint chipping? Are they dented up?

1. Remove wraps and check for wood rot/ evidence of water intrusion.
2. Replace rot/ solve water intrusion issue. (If applicable)
3. Install new aluminum coil wraps and weather strip of your color choice.

Maximum $1500 for a single and a double stall garage door combination rewrapped and rot free. Min. $1100 (no rot). All materials included. Any color.

We work for multiple builders in the FM area and are projecting a very large spike in work for 2022.
$17- $22/ Hr. starting DOE, direct deposit every Friday with the possibility of bonuses based on performance.
8-5 M-F and possible weekends.
Must have cold weather gear as this is an outdoor job. Experience is preferred but not necessary.

Just a reminder to you folks... we love LP smartside products. Besides the vinyl siding on this gem we did this beautiful arch and ten columns with beams.. triple coat of touch up paint and BOOM. Minty fresh! We do vinyl and steel as well.
