[NEW BLOG POST] “How To Break Up The Murph WOD: A Plan For CrossFitters” ‼️

Just because it isn’t Memorial Day doesn’t mean you can’t hit the classic Hero WOD “Murph”.

Murph is a challenging workout because of the total volume of repetitions that the workout calls for and the duration that it lasts.

Over the last 10 years coaching CrossFit I have seen common errors by athletes and myself hitting the Murph workout that can effect both the stimulus of the workout and injury risk associated with a spike in workload.

But, understanding how to break up the workout or scale it based on what is best for you can minimize this risk and ensure your get an awesome workout in.
