Important News Regarding NJ Statewide Judgment Lien (Upper Court) Search
In response to Orders, issued by the New Jersey Supreme Court, Charles Jones LLC has made temporary changes to its Judgment Lien (Upper Court) Search. These modifications are due to the Court's decision to allow for a temporary extension of judgments past the 20-year statute of limitations. For County Search Service in New Jersey, you may find the DTS Title Plant to be a valuable interim solution. It currently includes data for 15 of the 21 counties in NJ. Visit: https://www.charlesjones.com/news.html?n=7402 for the list of counties available in the plant, which is also used by internal staff to process orders. We can help you become a subscriber fairly quickly through remote training.
