Went for a run around the lake! Then did some stretches next to my sister’s lime tree! Limes are amazing and pack some good nutrients! 👌
I made a chicken salad from our Tower Garden! No, our tower doesn’t grow chickens 🐓 but it does grow lots of kale, lettuce, and chives! Making the perfect lunch topped with some olive oil and lemon vinegar from the local olive and vinegar tap store! 🤗

While growing up, our family took supplements (i.e. vitamins) to try to provide nutrition we lacked in our diet. The future is here and I love it! Now I can supplement my diet with whole FOOD!
While exploring in Rothenburg, Germany I found a snack! 🍒 Cherries have to be one of my favorites!
Eating at pubs is a lot of fun and can give you a taste of the city culture but can get really expensive. Tonight we snacked and ate dinner at a third of the cost to go out. Bread, peanut butter, carrots, and broccoli all are amazing after a long day of walking and exploring the city!

When I've strained myself with late nights at school, social events, or travel, it can get to me. Normally just a scratchy throat. People swear by different remedies but I have found the best ones are always natural and plant-based. The higher the quality of ingredients, the better. A while back, while growing up in a large family, we had trouble stopping a strep throat epidemic from circling through my siblings. [ 312 more words ]

I'm headed on a trip to Europe. We will see where the wind blows once my friends and I get there! For the trip, I invested in some new shoes. They're shoes with a wide toe box. Along with the shoes, I bought a pair of toe-spacers. With modern shoes, our toes are often squeezed out of their natural alignment causing foot trouble and pain. [ 220 more words ]

This weekend I finally decided to try out a gluten-free pizza crust I found on the internet by Laura on her Shoot The Cook blog (Here). It turned out amazing! Better than I expected for being a first time go at it. I took some old-fashioned oats and ground them in my Ninja blender until it was of a flour consistency. [ 222 more words ]

Our Story
My name is Stephen Wiedenfeld. I am a health coach, farmer, and social entrepreneur dedicated to helping bring education, densely nutritious produce, and inspiration to my local community. I began my journey as a kid helping my grandma in her garden learning about how things grow. As time passed, our family learned more about how WE as people grow and I made the connection between nutrition and healthy living. I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in agriculture from College of the Ozarks in the spring of 2017 and became a Certified Health and Wellness Coach in 2018. I love helping people discover how living a healthy lifestyle can not only be enjoyable, but simple, tasty, and fulfilling.
