First off, let’s all agree that bullying has no place in our lives. It’s hurtful, unnecessary, and just plain wrong. Whether it’s at school, online, or anywhere else, standing up against bullying shows true strength and courage. Whenever you see someone being treated unfairly, be the hero of the moment. Step in, speak up, and spread kindness like confetti. When we all take a stand, bullies lose their power and the world gets a little brighter.
Now, let’s flip the script and talk about building friendships. Imagine all the fun, laughter, and awesome memories we can create when we support each other. It's all about being open, friendly, and caring. Start a conversation with someone new, share a laugh, or simply offer a smile. Little acts of kindness can blossom into lifelong friendships. So, let’s ditch the negativity and embrace the joy of making new friends. Together, we can create a community where everyone feels they belong. Bullying stops here, and beautiful friendships begin. Let’s do this! It's time to create a community where everyone feels safe, valued, and included. Let's face it, bullying is just plain wrong. It tears people down and leaves lasting scars. But guess what? We have the power to change that! By standing up against bullying and promoting kindness, we can turn our schools, workplaces, and neighborhoods into places where everyone can thrive.

Hello all. I hope you had a wonderful day.. The scientist has been in the lab again and she came whipped up this bully-free journal to help our youth deal with the emotions that bullying often cause. The 2025 journal is almost complete and we are looking to launch the journal late April, early May. The journal is about 150 interactive pages that helps our youth track good days, bad days, amazing days and horrible days. It also has quotes that help with self confidence building, a vision board to help them plan and visualize a positive, bright future and so much more. When I said "Booked & Busy" 2024, GOD heard me! 🙌🏽 I'm so excited to be extended the opportunity to share my work/books with our most precious, most valuable assets, our youth!
