Phoenix Preferred Care continues to be a Behavioral Health teaching site for the LCRH Family Medicine Residency Program. With this partnership, we are continuing our commitment to bridge the gap between behavioral and physical health.

A great day of professional development for 12 women in our community at the 4th annual Kentucky Chamber of Commerce Women's Summit! SPEDA is proud to sponsor a local cohort of women every year to attend this event, which features a day full of outstanding speakers, networking opportunities and and inspiration. Thank you to all of these women for representing our community on the statewide stage!

FREE SCHOOL SUPPLIES DRIVE THRU ON JULY 19TH ⭐

The Defensive Action Against Drugs Free Community School Supply Drive Thru is Friday, July 19th 5-7pm at Bell Elementary. All students living in Wayne County, grades K-12, are welcome to participate. Students must be in the vehicle and will receive a free meal from the Wayne County School Summer Feeding Program. Vehicle line-up will start at Wayne Co. High School; go past the Area Technology Center towards Bell Elementary.

PPC Clinicians and DEA EAP Area Clinicians, Louisville Division, Mark Hamm, NCC , LPCC-S and Tina Hamm, NCC, LPCC-S, RPT-S, were recently invited to attend as well as facilitate a panel at the DEA Louisville Field Division Regional Family Summit on the Opiod Epidemic in Pigeon Forge, TN. Participants included families, DEA staff and community partners. A day of learning and collaboration for everyone involved!

Today several members of our staff participated in a Clinical Consultation group, led by Dr. Amy Payne, DSW, LCSW, CSAT, focused on "Preventing Clinical Burnout."
