In Tromso, we found the most incredible Sami store! I could have spent hours exploring all the amazing stuff!

We had one evening in Tromso while waiting to board the ship. We met these DJ's and since I am an aspiring DJ, they gave me some lessons. What a night we had!!!

Our first day in Iceland was amazing! We went to the Blue Lagoon and had a blast in the warm blue water. We even found a bridge that went over two plates! It was so exciting!

HEY KIDS! IT'S CONTEST TIME!!

I love sharing the knowledge I gain while travelling, so I've decided to give away books from the countries I visit. I have three books from my last trip, two from Greece and one from Türkiye.

To enter the draw, I would love for you to write a story about the photo of me and the tortoise (shown below), whom I met in Athens, Greece. If you don't write, draw a picture of what you think happens next! Please have your mom or dad or grandparent send it to me. This is meant to be fun, however, there are a few rules your parents need to know.

I would love for your child(ren) to participate, however, there are a few things you need to know/do. Here they are:

1. Have your child or grandchild write a story about the photo shown below. If they cannot write, have them draw a picture of what they think will happen next.

2. Email your child’s original writings or drawings to [email protected] and please include your child’s name, age and your mailing address.

3. We ask that you please “like” our pages – Percy’s Travels and Gin & Tonic Travel. Links are:

4. I will do a random draw from all entries for each age category. The age categories are:
-age 3-6
-age 7-10
-age 11-16

5. The winners will be announced on Percy’s Travel's page at 7pm Atlantic time, on May 14th, 2024. The only details of the winner that will be shared are their first name and age, along with their story or drawing. All other identifying information will be kept confidential.

6. By entering your child’s story or drawing, you certify that you are the child’s parent or guardian and/or you have the parent’s permission to enter this contest.

7. There will be no cash in lieu of, or any kind of substitution. The prizes are as shown below, and are what the winners will receive.

8. The contest runs from April 15th, 2024 to May 14th, 2024. All entries are to be submitted no later than 6pm, May 14th, 2024. The draw will take place on May 14th, 2024 at 7pm. All winners will be notified by email by May 15, 2024. The prizes will automatically be mailed out on May 15, 2024, so please be sure to include your mailing address with your entry (see #2).

9. Percy's Travels and Gin & Tonic Travel are not responsible in the event any entries are not received, due to technical, electronic, or any other glitches.
