To whom it may concern at extended-stay I booked a room with your hotel in Fairbanks Alaska and my flight arrived after midnight. I arrived at the hotel around 12:30 AM and I walked up to the counter and said I have a reservation. I told the man at the counter, my name, and he said s**t I was afraid this would happen. I gave your room away because you didn’t check in before midnight on my booking details. It said that check-in was from 3 PM to 11 AM. I paid for the room in full and you gave it away. The man at the counter tells me he’s the manager of the hotel and if I didn’t leave he would call the police officers on me so I left and went out to my rental truck and it was -10° outside. I called all the hotels in the area and everyone everywhere was booked until the weekend sleeping in. My truck was the only option I had and it’s not warm or comfortable. I will not recommend extended stay to anyone and it is banned from my company to stay there. I hope you’re satisfied you general manager at the Fairbanks Alaska extended stay.

Back for a little maintenance after 8 years of operation. Had a better camera on this trip.
