So just so some of you know, I refereed all day today at a USA Powerlifting meet and some of you got your programs and nutrition updates yesterday however I'm going to be working into the morning to have them all out to you so you may receive yours here shortly. And this one is done and in the books! Had a great time watching everyone tear it up yesterday! Coach David hit a personal best in deadlift lighter than he's ever been hitting 432lbs at a body weight of 126.4 lbs and set four state records in the squat, bench press, deadlift and total. Alright guys, the peak for the meet is done! Did my openers this week, feeling decent and hit a new low of 127.6lbs this morning. This physique update in this one is with me loading on sodium and water so I'm a little filmy but it's all apart of the process! This one I go over the prep, putting down your phone and enjoying life, scolding my taste buds and issues I'm still seeing in the training these days.

Only one more day till our client hits the Olympia stage! She's been competing most of the year and earned her spot for the big show. It's been a really fun journey prepping her and we're proud of her no matter how things go! She was able to compete this whole season with without any water cutting or major depletion practices either. If any of you are there Friday help cheer her on!

Good luck to one of our clients, He's competing in Classic Physique in Pittsburgh and got 1st call outs last night. Overnight he became a strong believer in and his physique has changed a lot in less than a week of starting. He just needed the right amount of food, at the right times, and he responded well. We'll see how things play out tonight for finals!
