It makes me prouder when my students play and share their music other than a recording or in a studio recital. It can be playing for family and friends. But when they muster up that courage and play for more people, that's when I can see their determination in learning piano. Here are pictures of Lyon, playing for the elderly home in the Philippines and Arianna, playing for a worship service at their church in Illinois. Happy that they are sharing their talents and spreading joy to others. 🥰🎶🎄

Yay! I finally got back into making collages again for my long term students. Pandemic threw me off my routine. So proud of the tenacity of these kids to keep going even when practicing and pieces get tough. Yes, I have been busy this summer. 😆

Finally updated the challenge board last week. More names and more boxes on different categories.

To all students and piano parents: We start the school year after labor day weekend. On the first week, I will be sending with your child our calendar and lessons checklist. Of course, online students will get the calendar in the mail. See you soon!
