Are you experiencing numbness or tingling into your arm or hand? The trigger may be coming from your neck.
Two main causes for numbness in the hand include
1️⃣ cervical disc involvement
2️⃣ cervical stenosis

Tip #1: Make sure you are taking movement breaks every 30 minutes. Stand up, walk around, stretch your hip flexors, and decompress your spine 😊
Exercise #1: Hand-assisted standing low back extensions
Exercise #2: Overhead full-body extensions
Exercise #3: Lunging psoas stretch
Traveling for the holidays? Protect your back by:
1. Using a lumbar pillow or roll up a jacket/sweatshirt/towel and place it behind your low back
2. Stretch your back/walk around for a few minutes before grabbing your luggage
3. Break up a long drive. Stretch your low back and hips (standing lunges or standing extension)
