Enrichment final day yesterday was a blast! Joy Day is Monday parents and students we will see you there!

Joy Day is almost here! Get excited because we are to have every student and their parents with us. Lunch will be provided to all students and their families. Dessert vendors will be on-site for purchase. Get to Joy Day on Monday, June 10th at 8:30-3:00pm!

We had 100% attendance today for our Reading EOG! Let's run that back tomorrow for Math EOG day!💙

EOG testing for the Primary School is Tuesday, 06/04 and Wednesday, 06/05. Please make sure students get a good night’s sleep the night before and arrive by 8:00 AM each day. Make sure they eat breakfast at home or school and send them with some love and encouragement to do their best on the test.

We are just one week away from our 2nd Annual Enrichment Joy Day. We will have Andy's Kettle Corn, Star's Heavenly Sweets, Murfreesboro Creamery, Fairytale Catering and Concessions, Nisha Treatz and Thingz as vendors with sweet treats. Lunch will be provided for our parent by A DiFFERENT TASTE.

What a wonderful week it has been in our Enrichment Classes. The Egg Drop Challenge is underway in Science, Rhythm Bingo and exploring percussion instruments in Music Class, the Pacer Test in P. E., and the Art Show preparation is in full effect in Art. Come learn and grow with us!

Rural Health Group is partnering with KIPP NC to help families with meeting school entry and athletic requirements. Please share our flyers for the upcoming walk-in clinics for vaccines and health assessments/physicals. Open to students, ages 4-17. Students do not have to be enrolled at KIPP to participate.

Today is Administrative Professionals Day and we are excited to honor our dynamic duo, Mrs. Newell and Ms. Hunt. They are the glue that keeps us together and the band aids we need when we need support. They help our school run smoothly and we are grateful to have them as a part of our team and family. ❤️ 🐾

Interim Assessment #3 (Math) continues tomorrow, 04/17, for students in 2nd through 4th grades.

To cheer them on and encourage them to strive for their IA goals, all Primary students can wear sports attire or their school uniform. Please have cubs at school before 8:00 AM to begin testing on time.

Interim Assessment #3 - Tuesday, 04/16 and Wednesday, 04/17 for grades 2-4

All Primary cubs can wear fun socks, Crocs, or other safe footwear on Tuesday. Cubs should still wear their school uniforms. Looking forward to seeing them by 8:00 AM for testing!

KIPP North Carolina schools and offices are closed for winter break from December 20, 2023 to January 2, 2024. We will welcome all KIPPsters back on January 3, 2024. We wish everyone a safe and wonderful holiday season and a prosperous new year!❤️

Winter Spirit Days begin on Monday, December 11th. Get your gear together and let the fun begin! Students may also choose to wear uniforms. 💙 🐾 ❄️ ⛄️
