âSince I travel quite often, I was looking for a supplement that offered some extra nutrient support for when Iâm away from home and not able to stick to my regular eating style. When I travel, I know I donât eat as many fresh fruits and veggies as I should. For me, capsules are a lot more convenient than powdered supplements because I donât have to worry about mixing into a smoothie or other beverage. Capsules are so much easier!
One thing that stood out for me when I read the ingredient label was the variety of fruits and veggies included. There are over 20 kinds of veggies included!! And things I donât normally eat like alfalfa sprouts and daikon radish.
