Qlife- setting specific intentions for 2023 and future casting them w meditative timeline work. ( it’s like putting your goals and dreams and solidifying them on the subconscious level)
Qmind- breaking thru all the barriers we create for ourselves that stop us from getting where we want to go
Qbody- a week of nourishing our bodies to the fullest from the most amazing organic and fresh food daily, exercising on the beach to Daily movement, meditation and breath work!
Qsoul- reconnecting to what brings us joy and our true hearts desire and spending time there
Qcommunity- being surrounded w a small intimate group of likeminded women all on a journey to reach their true potential, a place of comfort and openness and true community! I can’t wait to share this magical event! With incredible people and an incredible team!

Friday Night Lights:)
For all the parents who chose to spend a Friday night learning how to better understand their athletes and provide and different level of support and communication w them! Here’s to you! Super impressed and so much fun w this amazing and interactive group wanting to learn all they can about the brains and behaviors of their athletes! So much fun sharing my passion w you! Thanks for an incredible Day 1!!

So much fun spending the night watching play some college ball tonight! He and Josh went to DM together and man did we love watching them play ! Great night catching up w the Tuckers reminiscing and although super hot, still a great night for football! Also, ran into One of Josh’s fav coaches, Coach Art! Great coaches are the incredible mentors who help shape our young men!!! Driving home with a huge sense of gratitude for all the amazing coaches that impacted our kids’ lives and even the not so good ones who taught them entirely different life lessons! They all serve a purpose!

Super late w this one with all the travel this summer… but have to give a huge shout out to some firsts and lasts that have been taking place.
E- freshman at U of A … first time living his best life w his best friends away from home.
Aves- last ( senior) year completing her degree at U of A w her new roommates. Living right across the street from her brother:)
Ash- last semester of nursing school. She will graduate early in Dec so not living w Avery in Tucson -doing her preceptorship at Banner Gateway in Gilbert.
Josh- last training before being deployed for 9 months at the end of October.
All our babies growing up… living, learning, loving and growing into such amazing young adults… Time to fly… we are so proud of you all! ❤️🤍💙

So glad I got to stay and watch at his Varsity Scrimmage!

When one of my coaches calls me from vacation to tell me exactly how she manifested this photo to happen! Despite bad weather, the carnival, no catamarans available. She just kept believing even tho it didn’t seem like it was gonna happen… then out of nowhere… there she is living her best life doing exactly what she wanted to do! Don’t ask…. just believe! So cool! The power of positive thought! Enjoy

Kicking off Worlds Camp Future casting w !

GOD shows up in the most amazing ways!!! On my way to the airport (which is an hour away)…10 min into my 4am trip I decide I can make the yellow light and glide on thru… a few minutes later I am being pulled over as the police woman said it was turning red 😕
So I go to hand her my drivers license and it is no where to be found! I panic for a moment and then realize that I left it at the gym I was at last night and they kept it because I was a guest. She let me go w 2 warnings including driving without a license and I went back to the gym that opened at 5am thank goodness… I grabbed it and prayed i would still make my flight! Got the the Atlanta airport that was packed! Checked my bag only to have to 3lbs over. When I told the woman my plane boarded in 15 minutes… she said “ oh sweetie, go go!” I then had to make it thru security, get on the tram to the terminal and then sprint to my gate! Yep all happened in 15 minutes! Think about all the amazing things that had to go right in order for me to be sitting here right now! GOD is so good!

And I know so many are incredibly disappointed w traveling right now with all the hassles, cancellations and delays, so feels good to share a positive story! There are still amazing and wonderful people, police officers, and employees making peoples day thru the work they do!

I love it when 2 new athletes at the gym say “ I’m so curious about this mindset training and what it is ?” And then after our session, we have a whole conversation about how cool the brain is:) 🧠 Needless to say they loved it and could be future interns!! 😁

What an incredible journey this kid has been on!!! He has dedication and drive like no other! He has endured so much over the last few years… from amazing opportunities to life changing world events to some of his biggest challenges! And he has done it all without judgement or complaint of anything… he just takes life as it comes and learns and grows from it and never says a negative word about anything or anyone! He is the kindest soul and always looks for the good in every situation! This is all part of his story and we are so excited to see what the future hold for him next! His opportunities are limitless….so proud of you E!
