This Saturday we're releasing our first Pét-Nat! If you're unfamiliar with it, this is a rustic wine that finishes it's fermentation in the bottle yielding an incredibly aromatic, hazy and fizzy wine. It's first wine of the 2024 season and a great compliment to this warm weather.
