Miss Sarah tried an Italian Cream Cake recipe from "American Cake: From Colonial Gingerbread to Classic Layer, the Stories and Recipes Behind More Than 125 of Our Best-Loved Cakes from Past to Present " by Anne Byrn. It was tasty and everyone who tried it loved it! Kids and teens in Grades 4-12 can register to enter a cake in The Great Franklin Bake-Off that takes place on Thursday, June 22, 1-2:30pm.
