📢 Attention Parents and Guardians! 🍎

SMPSB is excited to share our new Uniform Guidelines Graphics for the 2024-2025 school year! 🎒✨

We've designed three easy-to-follow visuals to address the most common uniform queries for each school level:
- Elementary School🖍️
- Middle School📚
- High School🎓

These graphics are a handy, quick reference to ensure your child is dressed for success! 🌟

Please note, while these visuals cover the basics, they don't contain every single detail. For a comprehensive understanding of the uniform policy, be sure to check the full guidelines.

For full details, please see the district’s dress code policy JCDB (https://www.stmaryk12.net/cms/lib/LA01907349/Centricity/domain/772/forethought/StMaryCAPS.htm).

‼️Did you know you can pay school fees online⁉️

🔹Use SchoolCash Online to pay for school items and fees🔹

St. Mary Parish Public Schools uses SchoolCash Online for all school items and activity fees. SchoolCash Online helps our school district in many ways: parents can manage all school fees and items for their students in one location and have the convenience of a secure online payment platform, and the schools improve safety and reduce risk by minimizing cash and check payments at our schools.

🔹Benefits to parents and schools🔹
You will help increase efficiency and security at your school by making payments directly into your school's bank account. This limits the number of people entering the school, reduces risk of lost payments, and allows teachers and office staff to focus on helping students and not counting cash. In addition, you are automatically informed about school activities!

🔹How to register🔹
Registering takes less than two minutes! Registration instructions can be found at www.stmaryk12.net/schoolcash

Parents who have created an account and attached a student to their profile receive an automated notification when any item becomes available for their child. This will help reduce the amount of overdue and forgotten payments and make payments easy to track.

🔹Already have an account?🔹

These Mighty Lions were recognized by the school board last week for being Red Ribbon Art Contest winners!

20/06/2024

Dear Parents and Guardians,

A significant increase in Facebook shares regarding the NIL (Name Image Likeness) Club for high school teams has been noticed in our state over the past 48 hours. Student-athletes are being encouraged to download the app and share the request to raise $200 for their NIL efforts. We advise parents and students to exercise caution when sending money and sharing personally identifiable information to unverified sources. A legitimate group should not ask for money in this way from children.
These “clubs” are not associated with and do not represent our schools or school teams. Also note that the state of Louisiana does not endorse these types of activities for high school students.
