Jared Galde is an active real estate broker and investor who knows the business in and out. He owns All Family Real Estate & Investment LLC as a partner with his mother, Sue Galde. Jared has a giant passion for all things real estate and together with his Mom have more than 40 years experience in real estate and construction. His wife, Bet is the mastermind behind our design. Truly a family business.

Peter “Pete” Lacic is our partner and General Superintendent. With almost 20 years in general contracting and a degree in Construction Management, Pete is that rare individual who can get the most out of any human he comes in contact with. The entire team at AC2 has been blessed by Pete joining us and driving our systems toward excellence. Former General Super of McBride Construction Resources out of Seattle, Pete has built residential and commercial projects on large and small scales. When he was cutting his teeth in the industry he worked for local mogul Dave Johnson building homes and learning the ins and outs of home building in our area on a large scale. He’s ready to chase his dream of building homes, something he knows he was put on earth to do.

Matt Jackson and Tyler Anderson have been in trades, built new construction and remodel construction for more than 20 years and are the real deal. They work together extremely well as they’re best friends and are leaders in the field. It’s a joy to watch them work and to see their work completed. With a TON of faith, they jumped from really good jobs to chase their dreams of flipping and building homes. Separate, they’re amazing men, together, they’re an unstoppable team.
