It's that time of the year, why we wait yearly to bring awareness whiles we are dying every second, beats me. KNOW that breast cancer does not only affect women, it affects men as well. Early detection saves lives. Early detection is the reason I'm still standing 11 years and counting.
1. Get screened by a medical professional, whiles you are there, LEARN how to screen yourself properly.
2. make it a point to do your monthly self exam.
3. If you find any foreign lump in your breast please go see a medical professional ASAP for further screening and diagnosis.
Breast cancer is not a death sentence, when found early can be cured.
