In 2020, the Lift & Move USA program was known for its live events nationwide. The events were a vehicle to bring together the community and raise industry awareness for career opportunities in crane, rigging, and specialized transport. With the loss of funding and inability to hold live events - Lift & Move as a program has evolved. The Workforce Ambassadors are now the vehicle for raising awareness in their community. This could still be with a live event but could also be through internships, career fairs, or working side-by-side with educators.
