I’m really sorry everyone but I will NOT be able to open this Friday. I have to go to several appointments before next week’s 2nd round of veins removal surgery. I’m going to be out of commission for a while. The good news is that I will be feeling a lot less pain/soreness in my legs very soon!! Thank you 🙏

Hello everyone! I won’t be open tomorrow but I just wanted to let everyone know that I’m going to be open next FRIDAY June 14th from 11am to 7pm or until the food is gone!! Dee Zee 2620 E University Ave. Brisket, Tacos Maria(steak) Tacos al Pastor(pork) Tacos De Pescado (fish) Chubby Burgers and Chicken Bacon’s. Will be on the menu!! Call ahead to grab and go to get back to work!! Friday June 14th will be my next service!! Come Piggin Out with me!

I’m sorry everyone but I’m just not able to get everything together for a service this Saturday. I recently had vein surgery on my left leg and just can’t stand for an extended period of time. I’m going to try and get ready for next Saturday April 13th with a killer menu of favorites like Beef Brisket, Dilly Philly, Tacos Maria, Tacos al Pastor, Tenderloin, Chubby Burger and Chicken Bacon Ranch!! I’ll definitely keep you posted and I can wait to serve up deliciousness the best way I can. Thank you so much for following the truck for all these years, I am truly blessed 🙏. I can’t wait to deliver mmmm to you very soon!!

Unfortunately this Saturday will not work out for the truck. I’m going to be trying to for March 16th. Sorry. I will see everyone soon tho and a little more often this summer season. 🙏

It’s been a little warm outside but I’m feeling like I can handle a few hours working over a hot grill. Saturday E 26th and University 11-3ish. Limited menu likely I’m thinking Brisket, Philly, Tacos, Nachos (if I can find the good chips), Chubby and a Chicken. I’ll keep you posted

This post was supposed to be a “come Piggin’Out with me tomorrow”, but unfortunately that will not be happening this weekend. I really appreciate all the text, phone calls and emails that I’ve received over the last few months. The last couple of years, as most of you know, I’ve been working for a company and only offering up deliciousness on the weekends in the summer. This year has been crazy with planning, designing and building new production lines. I’m very disappointed that I haven’t been able to feed your hunger!! Gonna be trying really hard to get setup on the 16th. Thank you, Waabs 🙏🤞🌮🍔🥑
