Ralls Technologies will be deploying a new revamped look to our Smarthub web portal tomorrow morning. With the new look and feel we hope customers will find it easier to view bills, make payments, and set up auto pay features. There will also be a My Services options available as well for Ralls Technologies customers to be able to quickly make changes to their products and services through the web portal. Please be sure to check out these changes tomorrow as they go live.

***Maintenance has been finished. We do apologize for the longer time frames for some of our customers as during the upgrade process one of our line cards completely crashed and did not recover. We were forced to roll over to another card and reconfigure the entire network which is time intensive. We do have all customers up and running now across the entire network.***

Ralls Technologies will be performing a series of updates/upgrades to some core networking equipment across our entire service territory beginning at midnight tonight. Customers will see outages roughly around 15-20 minutes as we make these necessary changes. We apologize for any inconvenience.

We currently have an outage affecting several customers in the town of Frankford. Upon arrival this morning you can see the damage done to one of our spice enclosures in the pictures below. Currently assessing what needs to be done to fix and repair. Currently no ETA.

Ralls Technologies is currently looking for a field technician for in-home install and troubleshooting of our broadband customers within our service territory. This position that is open is contractor based with flexible work Monday through Friday. Looking for an individual with some experience in home installation whether cable,fiber, etc. For those interested please send in your resume or questions to [email protected].
