Two friends, Lindsey and Taylor, created Surfing with Smiles when their passion for surfing went beyond themselves. See you in the water!
Our mission is to enhance the lives of our surfers and volunteers (if only for one day) by creating a positive and fun environment that builds confidence, gives a sense of reward to all participants, and creates life-long memories They created a program that would give people with special needs the chance to learn to surf, as well as enhance the lives of the volunteers and create lasting memories.

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who joined us last night for our shortest event to date. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding. Storms can roll in quickly, and safety is our top priority, so we had to make the tough decision to call it.
BUT the good news is that we still had plenty of fun while it lasted. Thanks to Stu Horne for capturing some awesome photos last night!

See you tonight!!! 🌊 We're keeping a close eye on the radar, but as of now the event is on! Make sure to stay hydrated and bring sunscreen tonight -- it's going to be a hot one!
As always, keep an eye on our pages in case anything changes. Safety is our first priority so if thunderstorms roll in earlier than predicted, we will have to cancel. But as of now it looks like they're going to hold off until later tonight! 🤞
