We are accepting items at our auction yard located at 4177 Hwy V V, near Berger and we will be accepting items until Saturday, November 9th at Noon. We are open to accept items Monday through Friday 8-4 and Saturdays from 8-noon. Bidding for this auction will open on November 16th and close on December 7th.

Look what just came in on consignment for our December No-Reserve Online Equipment Auction! 2002 John Deere 8420T tractor with only 1,738 local one owner hours! It is so hard to find a pre-emissions tractor in this condition, with this low of hours from this kind of home. She’ll get a new owner on December 7th so be sure to come take a look. Due to the passing of our former owner and mentor Roy R. Schroff, we have decided to hold a memorial live auction once a year at our auction facility in his honor and memory. 100% of the seller commission that we charge our sellers for this auction will be donated to local charities of Roy's wife's choosing, which we will be naming soon. We will be holding the first auction on New Year's Day, January 1st, 2025.

How it works - From a buyer's and seller's perspective this is a completely normal auction. The sellers will consign the items they want to sell, we sell them to the buyers and we charge the sellers the normal rate of commission. Our company will then donate 100% of the commission that we collect to charity in memory of Roy. We are not asking for donations.

Due to the passing of Roy R. Schroff, our mentor and our company's former owner, we will be closing early on Friday, September 6th at noon to attend Roy's visitation and we will be closed Saturday, September 7th to attend Roy's funeral. We will resume normal business hours on Monday, September 9th. We are deeply saddened by the loss of our dear friend and a man who was a living legend in the Missouri Auction Industry.

Visitation will be held Friday, September 6th from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Toedtmann & Grosse Funeral Home, Hermann, Missouri. Funeral services will be held Saturday at 10:00 a.m. at Hermann United Methodist Church, Hermann, Missouri, with Rev. Beth Duckworth officiating.

Burial will be at Oak Haven Memorial Gardens, Hermann. Memorials may be given to Hermann United Methodist Church or Hermann Area Crusade Against Cancer.
