Hi, my name is Matt Ludwig, you may know my work Psoriasis Healing Warriors. I am working on healing from severe erythrodermic, guttate, inverse, plaque and pustular forms of psoriasis, cystic acne, eczema and rosacea over the past seven years of my natural healing journey. I started in October 2012, after ten years of unanswered questions, topical steroids, methotrexate and depression. We all know this too well and we are walking together on a beautiful journey of exploration and transformation.

This group is for advanced natural healing practices. We need to go deep for many people to heal from moderate to severe symptoms. This is for anyone who needs to heal from chronic illness, like psoriasis, eczema, acne, rosacea, joint issues like psoriatic arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis and gut-related autoimmune diseases like IBS/IBD, Chrohn's Disease, colitis and many other conditions, autoimmune issues, and all other health challenges YOU face.

You will be developing your own, advanced, affordable practice from home & on the job with my help. We can do this together. It is a journey and it's all about making this a practical and peaceful transition for you as you build skills and strength to become an NHW (Natural Healing Warrior).

We will focus on pure water, a priority list of plant foods and probiotics that eliminate the causes of the chronic symptoms, calm the immune system and heal the body.

We will share the natural, nontoxic topicals that alleviate, relieve the symptoms quickly. I will show you how to do castor oil applications & baths.

I will guide you through training the mind with meditation, yoga, qigong, deep breathing, nature walks, mindfulness, spiritual strengthening, EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) and quiet "me" time.

We will increase awareness, responsibility and accountability of Self. We will hold each other accountable, do things as a tribe, lifting each other to new heights.

The goal is to build a self-sustained practice at home based on developing skills and discipline. we are researching and acting on the causes and effects of psoriasis, eczema, rosacea, acne, and other chronic conditions to heal, reverse and remove the chains of pain. I want to live my days pain-free using a sustainable, affordable natural healing practice, that is all I want personally, and for others.
