I have these 2 Copper topped for sale at twisted Roots in Hemlock.

It has been awhile since I last posted. Here is our latest creation. I have taken the most popular design (Turquoise house with Patina Copper Roof) and changed it by applying a smooth Stucco coat and applying flame colored copper leaves as well as a flamed copper roof as well. A very unique Birdhouse.
The first picture is the original the rest are the new presentation.

Here is my latest Birdhouse. My version of a Shingled Cape Cod Cottage with a Cooper Patina roof. Lots of detail work but the first versions always take more time.

Here is another color version of the Copper Flower Birdhouse

Here is a new version of the popular Turquoise Birdhouse we have on Etsy. I modified the flower to reflect more copper accents as well as combining the bright copper with the patina copper. It feels like a more polished design. Simple but with a touch of elegance. I really like this piece. This may just be a one of a kind piece. Not sure yet.

Here is our latest design with a new color and roof treatment. Hunter green, with a bright copper roof. Stained glass elements with a flower made from a drawer k**b. This will be at Charli’s Boutique in Cheasning. A simple but elegant looking piece. Copper has a way of doing that.

Started making this one again. Going to try a couple of other colors as well, Burgundy, Turquoise and Blue.

Trying something a little different with this house.

For those of you that like a more rustic Birdhouse, this fits the mold. It is a true one of a kind Birdhouse for sure.

I have enclosed all 4 sides of the house with Rusty Tin. Used Copper tacks to hold it in place. Used our rustic roof slats and aged it some but kept it simple. Added a Birch chimney. Added the sign “The Rusty Inn” on the front along with a Bronzed colored upholstery tack.

We are going to put it on ETSY to offer a contrast of houses. If there is interest in it I will more then likely make a few more. We are going to offer more of our one of a kind houses on ETSY along with the local boutiques Twisted Roots in Hemlock and Charli’s Boutique in Cheasening.

This color combination is fast becoming one of my favorite new products. We have sold 3 of them now and getting lots of positive feedback. I may try a couple of other color combinations as well.

Trying something a bit different. I like it so far. I dimpled the center of the flower and it looks good. I used more copper on the front to maintain the colors. Now just have to add the copper hanger and that should do it. I like the Stucco and stained glass roof option. I usually use the Rusty metal for the roof but this is a nice change of pace. Might try another color, maybe the Turquoise color.

We have opened a booth at the Great Gifts, Arts & Handmades location in Midland at 600 Cambridge St. Suite2, Midland. Angie and Andy have a great boutique. Lots of vendors. If you are looking for something unique for Mothers Day you need to take a look here.

For those of you that live in the Chesaning area we will have a display of our houses and feeders in the Charli’s Boutique, 110 S Chapman St, suite F, Chesaning. They are a new boutique in the area and will be officially open on May 9th. Stop in to see what we have to offer as well as what a lot of talented vendors also have to offer.
Here is our display minus any signage. As I was setting up the sign fell and broke apart so have to start over. Working on it. Will have before the official opening.

Couple more new colors for this design. These among others will be on display at Charli’s Boutique in Chesaning starting May 9th. We will have another Brick and Mortar building to display our unique Birdhouses and feeders. If you are in the area stop in and say “Hi”. We will also have our “Decorate it yourself” birdhouses on display for those of you that want a well made birdhouse but want to apply your own ideas.

Here is another new color for our latest Large birdhouse. It is a true Turquoise color and provides a nice contrast to the Rusty roof and mortar/stone front. It will soon be on display at the Twisted Root Marketplace in Hemlock.
