Just some thoughts while I’m here on Maui. Hope you all had a great Thanksgiving I did although I spent most of it in the air. For those that maybe looking for a yoga video the weather has not agreed with me but things look to be drying up today so hopefully I can get something posted by Tuesday so stay tuned. Peace.

A couple of weeks ago I held my first solo Yoga retreat in Garden Valley. It was a blast several yoga practices Flow and Yin, Pranayama/Meditation and Forest bathing many of the Hot Springs were not available but what are you going to do. The weather did not cooperate as well as we were hoping but we adjusted. Here are some shots of the place and the folks that came, over the May 5-7 weekend.

I’m looking at doing another retreat some time in September 2023. Stay on the look out for information on that coming over the next month.
