The question I get asked the most is what crystal is best for protection. 🖤Black Tourmaline🖤 offers great protection as well as grounding. It can be a heavy stone for those that are particularly sensitive or already grounded/heavy, but in general, it’s a must have for energy workers or people working in negative environments. ✨🖤✨

While the properties of the pink/white were very similar I felt the pink working more with the heart chakra to the third eye, and the white working from the crown chakra to the third eye. Often in meditation I am guided to imagine myself as a cloud and I use it in meditations I lead. This helps to distance ourselves from our earth experience in order to see through the perception of our Higher Self. Cultivating this ability to step back gives us a chance to observe our experiences as a non-judgemental witness. We are simply observing without all the loaded emotions, dramas and chaos that our meat vessels can have.

And from this distanced self we can experience the truth of who we are. Our oneness with God/creator is more easily experienced and realized. We are also more receptive to the healing and guidance from our guides and angels instead of consumed by the distractions of the human experience.

This isn’t something someone has taught me, although I know many have spoken about this. This is something I’ve experienced through years of training, healing and practice. It needs no special tools- not that there’s anything wrong with those as I’ve found many things to be helpful- but it is ultimately in every being’s birthright to have this access anywhere, at any time.

My life has been greatly transformed but the power of my connection with God, my higher self and my guides and angels. I would love to help you find your truth as well, whether through my guides meditations, healings, classes or retreats. This world and its inhabitants deserve a more fulfilling and blissful experience.
